FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to generators with direct drive of wind power plants, which transforms the kinetic energy of wind into electrical energy. Generator has internal 2 and outer 3 stators concentrically fixed in housing 1 with their ring magnetic circuits 4 and 5, made in the form of packages from a sheet of magnetically soft electrical steel with tie rods 6 and with teeth 7, 8 and windings 9 and 10 on them, and rotor 11 with internal 12 and external 13 magnetic circuits on coaxial shaft 14 located in the annular gap between inner and outer stators 2, 3. Windings 9 and 10 of the inner and outer stator are connected to local network 15. Magnetic cores 12, 13 are separated from each other by non-magnetic shaped shell 18 fixed to shaft 14. Teeth 19 of inner and 22 outer magnetic cores of rotor 11 face towards opposing teeth 7 and 8 of adjacent magnetic cores 4, 5 of the inner and outer stators to form internal 24 and external 25 working air gaps. Teeth are made with fillets of radius r not less than 1/4–1/8 of their width b. Windings 9 are mounted on coils 29, and frontal parts 30 of these windings are reinforced with support strips 31 with coolant channels 28 made of glass fiber glass based on polyetheretherketone or polyimidesulfone.
EFFECT: ensuring reliability in areas with a harsh climate.
