SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of telecommunications and communications, in particular to systems used in cellular networks. Method of notifying a subscriber of events in cellular networks is carried out within the framework of an established Internet session of the subscriber using the software and hardware complex notification of subscribers, made with the ability to receive, analyze and send data from the cellular network and additionally equipped with the function of network analyzer of TCP/IP networks with the ability to intercept, edit and send TCP/IP packets.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in saving network traffic of the cellular operator, speeding up the process of notifying subscribers, including establishing an interactive dialogue with it.
