System for processing a distributed SSM protocol based on an integrated packet exchange system is described, which is characterized by the following: includes the main control panel, the system exchange unit and at least one operating panel, while the system exchange unit is responsible for the communication between the main data processing unit and the operational data processing unit; main control panel includes the main processing unit and the main processing unit, aforementioned data processing logic is responsible for collecting the inbound SSM messages of each port of each operating panel and packaging the output messages of the main data processing unit, as well as sending to each operational processing logic, the aforementioned main processing unit is responsible for processing the above-mentioned incoming SSM messages and sending outgoing messages to each operational processing unit, each operation panel includes an operation unit for data processing and an operation logic unit for data processing, aforementioned data processing unit is responsible for calculating the outgoing SSM messages of each port of the operation panel, packing them into ESMC messages and sending them to the operation logic processing unit, aforementioned data processing logic is responsible for providing SSM inbound messages for each port of this operation panel to the main data processing logic and sending the above ESMC messages to each port.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide processing of the distributed SSM protocol based on an integrated packet exchange system.
