SUBSTANCE: in the device for increasing the efficiency of using electricity from solar batteries by direct current drives containing solar cells, power take-off regulator, DC motor of independent or parallel excitation and centrifugal pump as a working mechanism, additional resistors RH are introduced into the circuit of independent or parallel motor winding, resistance values of which are set automatically by the power take-off regulator consumed from solar panels, depending on the current value of the intensity of solar radiation RH=fI(Ie) where RH – the resistance value of the resistor, fI(Ie) is a function of the magnitude of the intensity of solar radiation, so that the PMAX-Pl→0 condition is met with a daily change in the intensity of Ie solar radiation. Similarly, for a series excitation motor, additional resistors RP are connected in parallel with the series excitation winding, resistance values of which are set automatically by the power take-off regulator depending on the current value of the intensity of solar radiation RP=f2(Ie), where RP – the resistance value of the resistor connected in parallel to the series excitation winding, f2(Ie) is a function of the magnitude of the intensity of solar radiation, so that the condition PMAX-Pl→0 is met with a daily change in the intensity of le solar radiation.
