FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to a device for closing a groove of a stator or rotor of an electric machine. Device for closing a groove of a stator or rotor of an electrical machine comprises a closing member that has a ferromagnetic material. Layer of glue is located on the closure element, which has a blowing agent that is thermally activated. Adhesive layer is intended for solidification by heating. In the adhesive layer, as a blowing agent, at least one expandable element is provided which has at least one closed, filled with gas, hollow space. In each expanding element, the hollow space is at least partially surrounded by a thermoplastic plastic. Gas pressure in the hollow space before expansion is greater than 1.1 bar, so that the thermoplastic plastic expands when the heat is supplied.
EFFECT: technical result is the increase in manufacturability.
