FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials, namely to methods for making limestone building materials and can be used for making wall materials. Method comprises grinding a molding composition containing limestone onto a molding mixture by compressing and shearing to obtain a particle size of a mixture of less than 1 mm and a calcium oxide content of 0.05–0.1 %. Then, impact impact is applied at a speed of 200–300 m/s to a particle size of less than 0.1 mm and a calcium oxide content of 2.5–5.0 %. Then, it is moistened, pressed and pressed products are carbonized in a gas medium containing 30–50 % carbon dioxide.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the volume of processed limestone and obtaining materials with high physical and mechanical characteristics.
