FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device for biological research. Device includes a housing and a platform with a holder and a module with containers for the tested samples, a sample backlight unit, a video camera, a temperature control unit, a power supply unit and a microprocessor control unit connected to the computer. Moreover, the platform is installed with the ability to move along the horizontal axis and abruptly stop, holder is replaceable, and the backlight assembly is an LED installed along the perimeter of the holder below and under the edge to the indicated containers, where the side surfaces of the containers are covered with an opaque material. In addition, the video camera has a variable focal length lens and is mounted for movement along the vertical and horizontal axes.
EFFECT: invention provides for carrying out biological, biochemical and microbiological research on one device, as well as increasing the reliability, reliability and reproducibility of research results while reducing their labor intensity.
