FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has detector and computer which analog-to-digital converter is designed as video grabber which has 256 brightness levels and 33 ms sampling and receives signal from video camera. After sampling image of container with tested objects is stored in computer memory and processed by special program. Processor counts number of test objects and displays image on monitor and generates control signals, which are sent to detector into container movement unit. Electronic circuit for control movement has additional power supply and is equipped with additional amplitudes for generation of control signals in circuit for switching windings of step electric motor.
