Automated individual heat point with a dependent connection of the heating system and a closed system of hot water supply, including the direct and return pipelines of the heating network, the supply and return pipes of the heating system, the temperature sensors for the supply and return water of the heating system, outdoor temperature sensors, water temperature sensor for hot water supply, temperature sensors for direct and reverse water of the heating network, indoor air temperature sensors, a circulating water temperature sensor for hot water supply, between the direct and return pipelines of the heating network, a two-stage hot-water heater, connected in a mixed circuit, between a direct pipeline of a thermal network and the first stage of a water heater of hot water supply the block of regulation of temperature of water on hot water supply, on the pipeline of the circulating water of hot water supply, the block of regulation of the temperature of the circulating water of hot water supply, electronic regulator of room air temperature and hot water supply, the inputs of which are connected to the temperature sensors of the supply and return water of the heating system, the direct and return water of the heating network, water temperature for hot water supply and the temperature of the circulating hot water, indoor air temperature, outdoor temperature, while outputs are connected to the temperature control unit of the return water of the heating system, the block for regulating the supply water temperature of the heating system, the block for controlling the water temperature for hot water supply and the block for regulating the temperature of the circulating hot water, the block of regulation of the return water temperature of the heating system is installed between the supply and return pipes of the heating system, and the block for regulating the supply water temperature of the heating system – on the direct pipeline of the heating network.
EFFECT: increased reliability of heat supply for consumers of thermal energy at automatic start of heating system in conditions of low temperatures.
