SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, to heating and hot water supply, and is intended for monitoring and automatic control over heat energy and water release for hot water supply of apartment houses. In an automated individual thermal station with dependent connection of a heating system and a closed hot water supply system including temperature sensors of the heating system supply and return water, ambient air temperature sensors, a water temperature sensor for hot water supply, between the forward and the reverse pipelines of the heating system there is a water heater for hot water supply, the water heater for hot water supply is connected as per a mixed scheme and is made two-staged, between the straight pipeline of the heating system and the first stage of the water heater for hot water supply there is a water temperature control unit for hot water supply, on the pipeline of circulation water for hot water supply there is a temperature control unit of the circulating water for hot water supply, on the forward pipeline of the heating system there is a temperature control unit of the return water of the heating system, between the supply and the return pipelines of the heating system there is a temperature control unit of the supply water of the heating system, additionally introduced are sensors of the forward and the return water temperature of the heating system, of the internal room air temperature, of the circulating water temperature for hot water supply, introduced is an electronic temperature regulator of the room air and of hot water supply, inputs of which are connected with temperature sensors of the supply and the return water of the heating system, of the forward and the return water of the heating system, of the water temperature for hot water supply and of the circulating water temperature for hot water supply, of the internal room air temperature, of the ambient air temperature, while outputs are connected to the temperature control unit of the return water of the heating system, to the temperature control unit of the supply water of the heating system, to the water temperature control unit for hot water supply and to the temperature control unit of the circulating water for hot water supply.

EFFECT: automatic maintenance of a preset temperature of the internal air in the heated room and hot water temperature in the main water supply valve at minimal consumption of heat energy at any moment in real time.
