FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the development of a reservoir of high viscosity and bitumen oil. Method of development of deposits of high-viscosity oil or bitumen during thermal exposure includes the construction of horizontal upper-injection well and a production well located one above the other, heating the reservoir by steam injection into both wells with the creation of a steam chamber, steam injection into the injection well and product selection through the production well with temperature control along the entire length, change of heating zones in the injection well in the presence of temperature peaks in the production well to ensure uniform heating of the steam chamber in the reservoir. When drilling wells, cores are taken and the density of the formation’s production and the density of water prepared for injection into the formation through the steam generator are determined in the temperature range that occurs when the formation warms up. Horizontal section of the injection well is equipped with two columns of pipes with corresponding outlets at the beginning and at the end of the horizontal section with a distance between the outlets of at least 150 m. Inlet of the pump, which provides production of the reservoir, is placed in the projection between the outlets of the columns of the injection wells, and during production, the water content is monitored by analyzing the density of the produced products. When changing the water cut of more than 5 %, the volumes of injected steam are regulated and the liquid is taken in proportion to the water cut. When changing more than 15 % – the zone of the reservoir warming up is changed, moving the outlets of the pipe columns in the injection well and the pump inlet in the production well to less heated areas of the horizontal sections of the respective wells. During installation, the pump inlet in the production well can be equipped with temperature and pressure sensors.

EFFECT: proposed method for the development of deposits of high-viscosity oil or bitumen during thermal exposure allowed achieving uniform thermal coverage of the reservoir, increasing the oil recovery rate, reducing the water cut of the produced products and increasing the well productivity.
