FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: lighting system for imitating indoors light created by the sky and the sun comprises a chromatic mirror having a specularly reflecting surface and a diffusing layer in front of it, primarily scattering the short-wave components of the incident light compared to its long-wave components, and an illuminator configured to operate as a white light source to illuminate the chromatic mirror so that the incident light passes the diffusing layer twice. Diffusing layer comprises a transparent polymer layer, which includes a dispersion system of light-scattering centres embedded in it with an average size of less than 250 nm, which provides Rayleigh scattering or scattering close to Rayleigh scattering.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a chromatic component which provides easy implementation of systems and schemes using such a chromatic component.
