FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: device includes an lighting module comprising of lighting elements of different colours, a switched surface, electrically switchable between the first optical state and the second optical state and located between the observer and the lighting module, and a multiplexing controller that is in electrical communication with the lighting module and the switched surface. The controller is configured to independently switch the state of each lighting element and the state of the switched surface at a frequency of more than 10 Hz.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of independent control of lighting effects.
