FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the systems for pumping fluid from the surface of the well into the wellbore at high pressure and, specifically, to the pressure exchanger, using which pressure energy is taken from the high-pressure fluid system and transferred to the low-pressure fluid system. Method provides for a source of low pressure of aggressive fluid. At least one high pressure pump is driven to inject clean fluid. Piston unit is used, which is in contact with the clean fluid in the direction of movement, by means which the clean fluid is pushed, using pressure from at least one high pressure pump, into the wellbore. To do this, the system having at least two tubular elements, each of which contains a corresponding piston unit, is used. Operation of piston blocks in the opposite phases is ensured. Aggressive fluid is continuously injected into the wellbore so that in the first half of the cycle the first of the respective piston blocks causes the aggressive fluid to be pushed out of the first of the two tubular elements under high pressure, while the second of the tubular elements is filled with an aggressive low pressure fluid. In the second half of the cycle, the second of the respective piston units provides for the ejection of aggressive fluid from the second of the two tubular elements under high pressure, while the first of the tubular elements is filled with aggressive fluid under low pressure.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the mentioned pressure exchanger.
