FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of processing of mixed hazardous wastes. Method of incineration, melting and vitrification of mixed waste, including metallic and organic waste and waste with radioactive contamination and/or toxic waste, includes the introduction into the combustion reactor with a plasma oxygen source with a cold or warm metal wall by means of a fiberglass basket through an air lock that opens into the reactor, waste placed in the bag, the bag is placed in the basket; waste incineration in the reactor. Melting of residual fractions is carried out in an induction furnace. Then the glass transition of the residual fractions in a glass matrix is carried out; repeating this cycle for each basket; dismantling the furnace and disassembling the crucible-forming container. There is also a method of incineration, melting and vitrification of mixed waste containing minerals. There is also a device for implementing the method of incineration, melting and vitrification of waste.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows you to handle whole bags of waste without opening and grinding, and also allows you to manage criticality.
