FIELD: threaded connections.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of threaded connections, namely to a device for fixing a threaded connection. Device for fixing a threaded connection is made in the form of a spring, each of the loops of which includes free ends with end sections and covers the corresponding nut or bolt head in the opposite direction to the thread. Spring is S-shaped, each of the loops of which, including the end sections, covers the corresponding nut or bolt head less than ¾ the length of their circumference, with the end portion of each of the loops displaced towards the center of the circumscribed circle and parallel to the side face of the nut or bolt head and its length is at least ½ the width of the face of the nut or bolt head.
EFFECT: technical result achieved in the implementation of the present invention is to ensure the realization of the effect of self-tightening of the threaded connection due to the use of the elastic properties of the device while simplifying the design of the device.
