FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway construction, particularly, to rail lining fasteners. Fastener comprises a backing plate, a spring terminal for fastening the rail and a coupling bolt. Support surface for installation of rail, support surface for installation of plate on sleeper, through hole with thread for screwing of coupling bolt is made on back plate. In area of installation of coupling bolt on sleeper there is a free space for outlet of free end of coupling bolt. Bolt head presses the spring terminal to the lining and to the rail.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of adjusting force of terminal pressing to rail.
