FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for fastening flexible panels to frame structures, namely to a building element for fastening flexible panels, as well as to a unit for fixing flexible panels to a load-bearing element of a frame structure as a whole with their constant tension and can be used in frame-type structures with enclosing structures made of flexible panels, mainly on a fabric basis (awnings), for warehouse, industrial, sports, and other purposes. The building profile element for fastening flexible panels with their constant tension consists of a pin, which is a rod with an external thread along the entire length, around which a spring is located with a gap to allow free compression and release, at both ends studs in series from the spring there are flat washers that regulate the compression-tension of the spring, nuts and fixing nuts, and the effect is achieved by a unit for fixing flexible panels to the load-bearing element of the frame structure using such a building profile element.
EFFECT: expanding the known range of devices for fastening flexible panels for frame-tent structures, while providing self-regulation of the tension of flexible panels, which allows the panels to be constantly in a tense state along the entire length, which helps the panels withstand significant and changing loads and increases their service life operation, while there is no need to carry out regular preventive tightening of flexible panels, which reduces time, labour and economic costs during the operation of frame-awning structures.
