SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical equipment. Installation for cleaning, disinfecting or sterilizing endoscopes with liquid detergent-sterilizing solutions includes a bath with a lid having an inlet for supplying a detergent-sterilizing solution, two outlets and also equipped with a drain valve, an overflow device and a pump with a nozzle to ensure disinfection of the bath lid by irrigating it, a device for fixing the endoscope in the bathroom, made with the possibility of supply to the external and internal surfaces of the endoscope washing-sterilizing solutions, a sterile water supply line containing an electromagnetic valve connected to a water source, a fluid pressure regulator, a filter with an ultrafiltration membrane and an ultraviolet lamp for irradiating water, throttle to adjust the water flow, non-return valve, fluid pressure regulator, connected through a peristaltic dosing pump, simultaneously performing the function of a non-return valve, capacity for NaCl solution, electrochemical generator of anolyte solution of cathodically processed ANK, non-return valve, detergent supply line containing a detergent tank connected through a pump to the outlet of the bath and to the entrance to the bath through a mixing device, stabilizer-pressure limiter and throttles; disinfectant supply line containing detergent tank connected through a pump to the outlet of the bath and to the entrance to the bath through a mixing device; stabilizer-pressure limiter and throttles.

EFFECT: achieved possibility to implement the modes of cleaning, disinfection, high level disinfection and sterilization of the endoscope, as well as ensuring full automation of the installation.
