Method includes steps of: receiving a high-layer configuration signal, used for determining an indication mode of X bits in control information format; generating a control information format according to the high-layer configuration signal; wherein a first set of parameters comprises at least one of the following parameters: the number of cell signal transmission layers, the scrambling identifier and the antenna port; a second set of parameters comprises at least one of the following parameters: the number of ports for common reference signal (CRS); Channel Status Information Signal (CSI-RS).

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is enabling to maintain coordination of the reference signal interference among cells, provided that the capacity of the cells is ensured to improve the spectral efficiency of the system.
