SUBSTANCE: said technical result is achieved by the fact that a transmitter can report a time difference measurement result based on an event associated with measuring the time difference, wherein, if a predetermined transmission time length (TTI) is configured, and, in addition, if the measurement result is greater than a predetermined threshold, the transmitter reports the measurement result to the terminal device.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of transmission in a radio communication system.
