During the video recording making, the user performs a verification task, and, that the user does not have the opportunity to know the verification task until the moment of its reception, ensures that the video record was made no earlier than the time that verification task was issued. To confirm the video recording time determining accuracy, upon request issuing the one-time code to the user, which is added to the video data, and calculating the hash from the video data with the added code, sending the hash to the server to be saved.

EFFECT: technical result is the ability to unambiguously or with a high degree of reliability confirm the video record authenticity.
