SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vehicle headlights. Headlight assembly on a first side of a vehicle comprises a low-beam headlight, a high-beam headlight, a housing and upper and lower static light sources. Housing having an inner wall that defines an opening and is disposed between a longitudinal centre of the vehicle and in front of the headlights. Inner wall faces the first side. Upper and lower static light sources are projected through the opening and are independently controlled to illuminate different areas of the first side.
EFFECT: providing illumination of areas of view closed to drivers for the driver when turning.
