AC ELECTRIC TRACTION NETWORK POWER SUPPLY AUTOMATION Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B60M3/04 H02H7/26 G01R31/02

Abstract RU 2674399 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the catenary system power supply. Inter-station area alternating current traction network power supply automation device contains the traction substations catenary system supply lines and the section post switches, equipped with ARD. ARD contain in-series connected time relay output closing contact and the switch switching-on electromagnet. In the sectioning post switches automation devices, the stable and transient short circuit protection and control units are connected to the sectioning post supply lines current and voltage transformers. Inter-substation area is equipped with telemechanics devices that connect control circuits to each other via the communication link. At that, into the sectioning post switches automation device circuit the first and second time relays, an intermediate relay, three diodes and information transmitters to the traction substations about the switch successful activation by ARD are introduced. Into the traction substations power supply lines switches ARD circuit the said information receiver and the third time relay are introduced.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the traction network power supply automation efficiency.
