FIELD: construction; measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the buildings and structures external walls condition evaluation, taking into account of their continuous moisturizing degree over time, which changes during their operation. Method comprises in fact that measuring the wall outer surface temperature, the wall inner surface temperature, the outside air average temperature for each month and the temperature inside the room, measuring the relative humidity inside the room, outside air average relative humidity for each month, then plotting the outside air relative humidity dependence on the season of the year, with breakdown to one day, taking into account of continuously changing climatic influences, as well as the outdoor temperature on the season dependence diagram, with breakdown to one day, taking into account of the quasi-stationary monthly temperature change, performing the vapor permeability, static moisture permeability and the wall building material sorption measurements, on which basis building the moisture potential scale, then building the “sorption isotherm”, then representing the wall in the drawing as the space-time region, on which the wall thickness is plotted along the x axis, and time is plotted along the y axis, performing the space-time region discrete-continuous approximation, where the humidity field along the wall x axis is divided with planes and saving the humidity on the time dependence continuous nature along the y axis, then determining the wall all cross sections moisture potential value for any point in time using the discrete-continual formula, then determining the moisture potential relative elasticity for the wall all cross sections, then, by the “sorption isotherm,” is graphically determining the humidity in the wall all cross sections, wherein as the wall initial humidity of the month in question the wall humidity at the previous month end is taken, wall initial humidity at the building construction time is the material sorption moisture, which is graphically determined from the “sorption isotherm” with the air relative humidity at the wall building time throughout the wall entire thickness.
EFFECT: enabling the possibility to determine the building wall humidity conditions at any time in the assumption of the building wall continuous moisturizing over time, which changes during operation.
