FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in finishing facades of buildings. Plastered basement of the building contains a plaster layer applied on the surface of the lower part of the external wall of the building, is equipped with a separating element containing a rectangular plate connected to the plate in its middle part along its entire length, a flange perpendicular to the plate, and a wall parallel to the plate and connected by its edge to the shelf edge. Plate is buried into the ground partially below the shelf level and adjoins the building wall. Lower plaster layer is made of plaster with permeability criterion smaller than wall material and is located below the flange above the lower part of the separating element, and the upper plaster layer is made of plaster with a permeability criterion greater than that of the wall material, and is located above the shelf of the separating element so that its wall is located outside the upper plaster layer.
EFFECT: technical result consists in preservation of wall material in plaster enclosing building structures, improved thermophysical characteristics of external walls, namely reduction of structure moisture due to the fact that the outer layer of the structure has a greater criterion of permeability, providing control over the thickness of the plaster layer and facilitating its leveling.
