FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cargo beam assembly made of carbon-fibre reinforced polymer components integrated to form an integral unit adapted to be attached to the keel frame of an aircraft. Cargo beam assembly for aircraft comprises a carbon-fibre reinforced polymer cargo beam and a plurality of carbon-fibre reinforced polymer stanchions and carbon-fibre reinforced polymer c-splice plates each connected to the carbon-fibre reinforced polymer cargo beam by overlapping carbon-fibre reinforced polymer plies. Said plurality of carbon-fibre reinforced polymer racks are configured for attachment to the keel frame.
EFFECT: simplified assembly of the structure.
