FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a self-lubricating friction composite part, in particular, representing a bearing or guide. Self-lubricating friction composite part is designed to operate at temperatures of at least 250 °C, containing along the friction surface one layer of fabric formed by weft threads (5) and warp threads (6) made of polytetrafluoroethylene. Fabric is impregnated with a heat-resistant resin (7) having a glass transition temperature of at least 250 °C. Fabric is an interlacing, formed by crossing pairs of weft threads (5) and pairs of warp threads (6).
EFFECT: technical result: production of composite parts with improved rigidity and strength, as well as providing a very low temperature coefficient and high resistance to temperatures exceeding 250 °C, in the range of 250–280 °C.
