SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil and gas industry, in particular, to the stand-alone devices in the well installation devices, and can be used in the downhole processes studies. Device contains a cylindrical body, at which bottom a blind threaded hole for lowered devices is made, onto the body upper end a tip is screwed in. In the tip cavity wall transverse holes, balls are freely placed, on the tip a cap with the annular groove at the input to the internal cavity is put on, in the hole along the body longitudinal axis a rod is movably placed, on which from the lower end the grooves are made in the form of rack teeth, and on the upper end there is an annular groove. By the grooves in the form of rack teeth the rod has an engagement with at least two diametrically located levers, which one end is made in the form of gear teeth, and on the opposite one rollers with possibility of rotation are mounted, through the body grooves extending beyond the body outer contour. In each lever middle part there is a hole, through which the axis passes, movably connecting the lever and the body. Rod lower end passes through the hole in the button, which is placed in the body recess and has a spring-loaded displacement across the stem relative to the body. On one side hole in the button is made stepped, in the rod middle part there is an annular protrusion, against which attached to the stem from below and from above springs are resting, which hold the rod in the predetermined position relative to the body.
