SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small-sized motor drives. Drive includes a housing in which a single-throated cylindrical wormgear, connected to the output shaft of the motor with its input shaft, is placed, wheel shaft of the wormgear is an output shaft of the drive, a worm shaft is located parallel to the output shaft of the motor and is connected to it by a double-reduction gear. Output shaft of the drive is connected at one end to the drive element of the disconnector of contact networks, and the other one – to the drive rotation direction switch. Worm shaft and the double-reduction gear are connected by means of an emergency shutdown device, having an external control mechanism, inserted into the assembly drive.

EFFECT: operation of a small-sized motor drive is provided both in the normal shutdown mode and in the accelerated mode in case of an emergency.
