FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a hydraulic cemented liner packer-hanger, packer hanger anchor unit, a packer hanger anchor coupling, liner packer hanger anchor element. Liner hydromechanical cemented packer hanger contains nonremovable and removable parts. Non-removable part includes a lower sub with a running down plug installed in it, connected through a coupling to the case of a packer-hanger, on which the anchor assembly and the mechanical packer assembly with the pusher and the pressure sleeve are successively mounted. Removable part includes a disconnection assembly of the transport column with a liner packer hanger, a drive assembly of the drive sleeve of the packer, the upper sub in the form of a nozzle, detachably supplemented at the top of the coupling, made with the possibility of detachable attachment of the packer-hanger to the transport column. Anchor assembly contains a clutch endowed with a system of anchor elements having each toothed die with a holder, an intermediate movable cylindrical conical ring element and a power device of the hydraulic actuator of the anchor. Coupling in the upper part contains a crown of longitudinal radial elements alternating with through longitudinal grooves made according to the number of anchor elements, which correspond to the response parameters of the anchor element holder, for the backlash-free installation of the holder into the groove of the crown. Outer surface of the die of anchor element is made toothed, the inner surface of the anchor element includes a cylindrical section for congruent pressing to the body of the packer-hanger and a conical section with an angle ϕo.pl. of inclination of the generatrix equal to the return angle ϕo.k.k. of inclination of the wedge-forming ring element, intended for transmission from the actuator piston to the wedge and then to the dies of the ancho elements of the force impulse to anchor the packer-hanger by pressing the tips of the teeth of the dies against the casing pipe.
EFFECT: technical result is improved operation reliability.
