SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for insulation of annular space of the well. Double-barreled packer with cable transit comprises a power cable, outer and inner shafts fitted one into another and attached to each other to form inner annular space, a hinge-split hermetic seal, including sealing elements with channels for power cable and tube for chemical injection, a hydraulic drive made up of a piston and cylinder, a pusher, packer and anchor assemblies. Piston of the hydraulic drive is installed with possibility of axial movement and equipped with outer thread. Groove in which there is a split nut with a mating thread interacting with the piston are made on the inner surface of the lower part of the fixedly installed cylinder. Hydraulic drive is located between the hermetic seal and pusher resting on the packer assembly.

EFFECT: higher reliability of the packer due to exclusion of the tubing string impact.
