SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is represented by methods, devices and systems for determining sleep state, as well as devices for detecting sleep state. When it is detected that the current state of the user corresponds to a predetermined sleep state, it is judged whether the sleep state filtering function is activated, for which the user chooses whether to activate it or not, according to the needs of the user. If it is concluded that the sleep state filtering function is activated, a state query request is sent to the terminal so that the terminal inquires about sensor data and/or an operation event of a preset application on the terminal according to the state query request. Current state of the preset application comprises a wake state or a sleep state. Enquiry of sensor data and / or an operation event of a preset application at the terminal includes a request to close the specified application. When the response command corresponding to the request for a preset time is received, it is determined that the current state of the preset application is a wake state. When the response command corresponding to the request for a preset time is not received, it is determined that the current state of the preset application is a sleep state. Terminal is connected to a wearable smart device. State information is received, which is sent in the opposite direction by the terminal, based on the enquiry results. It is determined whether the user is in a sleep state, based on information about the state of the user.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to determine the sleep state of a user, preventing possible computational errors of the wearable smart device regarding the determination of the duration of the user's sleep or the presence of problems with sleep quality, ensures the accuracy of calculations of the user's sleep duration due to the possibility of including the filtering function of sleep determination according to the user's personal needs and determining the sleep state based on information sent back by the terminal.
