SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a computerized decision support tool for detecting scratches and predicting redness. Disclosed is a system comprising a machine-readable medium for implementing the method, which comprises: processor; and a computer storage device having stored computer-executable instructions for performing operations when executed by a processor, wherein the operations comprise: receiving accelerometer data for a person; detecting hand movement using accelerometer data; use of computerized classification model to determine, based on the accelerometer data corresponding to the movement of the hands, that the movement of the arms indicates a scratching event; and initiating one or more responses based on at least a determination that the movement of the hands indicates a scratching event, wherein the operations performed by the processor executing the computer-executable instructions comprise determining the full sleep capability based on the accelerometer data, wherein full possibility of sleep comprises a period of time between when a person lies down in a motionless state, and when a person gets up from a motionless state, wherein hand movement is detected using accelerometer data corresponding to full sleep capability, wherein accelerometer data is captured by means of a wearable device having more than one sensors, wherein the wearable device additionally captures at least one of the temperature data around the body and the illumination data, wherein complete sleep capability is determined based on at least one of body temperature data and illumination data.
