FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for forming the threads of fiberglass pipes. Technical result is achieved by a method of molding the threads of fiberglass pipes, which includes mechanical thread forming at the end of the pipe. In this case, at the stage of mechanical threading, the thread is applied with an understating of the average thread diameter by 0.1–1.5 percent, then a binder composition similar to the composition of the binder tube is applied to the applied thread, further comprising an epoxy binder, as a mixture of epoxy resin and hardener, from 70 to 120 vol. and filler from 200 to 280 vol. As a filler, chopped fiberglass and graphite filaments of 5 to 200 mcm in length and a ceramic powder with a granule size of 5 to 200 mcm, graphite powder, and also crystalline silica with a particle diameter of 7 to 40 nm are used. Further, the forming steel sign is threaded onto the thread and the threaded part of the pipe is cured at a temperature of 80 to 130 °C for 90 to 180 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in wear resistance of the threaded joint, reliability and service life of the pipe.
