FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of layered polymeric composite materials, in particular for the production of GRP profile products and relates to the nanostructured nanoplastics and the process for its production. Nanostructured fiberglass is formed from at least two layers of fiberglass filler impregnated with a binder and a resin-based gelcoat layer located on one of the outer layers of the glass-fiber filler, the gelcoat contains a filler in the form of a nanosized powder of metallurgical coke in an amount of 2.9–7.8 % of the weight of gelcoat.
EFFECT: invention provides increased strength properties of nanostructured fiberglass, reduced abrasion and increased service life of products made of fiberglass.
