FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of layered polymeric composite materials for the production of fiberglass profile products and relates to nanostructured fiberglass and its products. Fiberglass is formed from at least two layers of glass-fiber filler impregnated with a binder, and a resin-based gelcoat layer located on one of the outer layers of the glass-fiber filler, the binder comprising a mineral filler in the form of a nano-sized powder of marble flour in an amount of 6.7–11.2 wt. % of the binder weight, and the gelcoat contains a nano-sized powder of marble flour in an amount of 5.9–11.8 % by weight of the gelcoat.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the strength properties of nanostructured fiberglass, reduce its abrasion and increase the service life of products made of fiberglass.
