SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to embodiments of hydroprocessing reactors. According to the first embodiment, the reactor comprises a reaction column having an inner surface, and an upwardly convex porous catalyst support communicating with the inner surface of the reactor. Catalyst bed support comprises an upwardly convex annular plate having an outer edge that communicates with the inner surface of the reactor, and an inner edge that communicates with the manhole cover assembly. Manhole cover assembly comprises a supporting band of the grille band in connection with the inner edge of the annular plate and a plurality of horizontally arranged grille bands, each of the grille bands having a short end attached to the support band of the grille band. According to the second embodiment, the reactor comprises a reaction column having an inner surface and an upwardly convex porous catalyst support in communication with the inner surface of the reactor. Catalyst bed support comprises an upwardly convex annular plate having an outer edge attached to the inner surface of the reactor and an inner edge attached to the support band of the manhole cover. Manhole cover assembly in a removable connection with the support band of the manhole cover comprises a support band of the grille band attached such that it can removed to the supporting band of the manhole cover, a plurality of horizontal grille bands, each of the grille bands having a short end attached to the support band of the grille band, and a horizontal support grille for the catalyst supported on top of the manhole cover assembly with the grille bands and support band of the grille band. According to a third embodiment, the reactor comprises a reaction column having an inner surface and an upwardly convex porous catalyst support in communication with the inner surface of the reactor. Catalyst bed support comprises an upwardly convex annular plate having an outer edge attached to the inner surface of the reactor, and an inner edge attached to the support band of the manhole cover, a manhole cover assembly in detachable connection with the support band of the manhole cover. Reactor further comprises a support protrusion protruding from the inner wall of the reaction column, wherein the support protrusion has a horizontal support surface. Catalyst bed support further comprises a support band of the catalyst bed, rigidly attached to the outer edge of the annular plate, wherein the catalyst bed support has a lower surface, vertically supported by the support protrusion on the horizontal support surface.
EFFECT: technical result is improved quality and yield of the desired product.
