FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: limiter is designed for unilateral mechanical action on the control object. It can be part of a purely mechanical emergency protection system. Working chamber is made in the housing. Working chamber volume depends on the working piston position. Working chamber is filled with bulk material. Bulk material has the ability to exit the working chamber only into the bulk material discharge chamber through the throttle opening. Hole orifice size is smaller than the working chamber cross-sectional area. Limiter operation mode depends on the working chamber axis orientation in the gravitational field. Fixing the working chamber axis position in the standby mode chain loses the fixing function with the expected alarm factor appearance. Working piston movement is performed due to thee bulk material natural exit from the working chamber to the bulk material discharge chamber without involving the external source of energy.
EFFECT: device manufacturing and operation simplification, reducing its size.
