SUBSTANCE: on the handle shaft with a rotational movement or screw the unit is mounted with the orienting and retaining the pipe for the cable element. The pipe cable with the partially movable handle to rotate a shaft and a cable is placed. One end of the cable is anchored in a convenient location periphery of the handle, the other - on the drive motor. The mentioned unit is installed in the most comfortable position. The convenient location of this unit is fixed by the mechanical linkage, which is established between these units and the wall. The mechanical linkage prevents the link rotation around the shaft axis of rotation, at least in one direction.
EFFECT: transmission can increase the starting torque, permits normal use of the handle, has a universal mount of oriented and held pipe for the cable element and is easily mounted.
