FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for the reposition of bone fragments by skeletal traction in the treatment of fractures of the lower third of the femur contains Bohler frame for fixing for tibial tubercle, bracket with a cord and a Kirschner wire for the distal fragment of the femur, a roller for the cord, and an attachment to the Bohler frame. Attachment to the Bohler frame is made of parts of the Ilizarov frame, namely from telescopic rods, threaded rods, plate brackets with hole and threaded shank and plate brackets with perpendicular to each other blind and through holes, bolts, nuts, 49-mm and 104-mm plates having holes, which are respectively short and long plates. Threaded rod is located between the two telescopic rods, the roller for the cord is attached to the threaded rod with nuts, bushings and washers. Each telescopic bar on the sleeve side has a plate bracket with perpendicular to each other blind and through holes, mounted with a blind hole on the threaded tip of the telescopic rod. Shank of a plate bracket with perpendicular to each other threaded shank and a hole is installed in the through hole, and the latter is intended for the end of the threaded rod. On the side of the threaded rod of the telescopic rod on this threaded rod there are two plate brackets with holes perpendicular to each other and a threaded shank mounted with holes, and the latter are installed in the holes of the long plate. Small plate is installed along the free end of this plate with bolts and nuts; gap between the small and large plates is designed to position the metal frame of the Bohler frame.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency and reduction of the treatment time of patients with skeletal traction fractures of the lower third of the femur.
