SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the railway track, in particular to the railway track sleepers. Sleeper contains a pad with protrusions on the sole. Pad is placed on the under rail sleeper segment and attached to the sleeper with a clamp. In the sleeper under rail section performing a groove, in which the clamp is placed. Groove width and depth is selected depending on the clamp width and thickness. Groove is placed in the middle of the under rail pad.

EFFECT: enabling the overhang to the sleeper attachment assembly simplification.
