FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, is intended for the creation of personal instruments for remote monitoring of cardiac activity in outpatient settings, cardiac monitors. Wearable diagnostic device (WDD) of remote continuous monitoring of the electrocardiogram (ECG) contains a housing, fused into a shell of a flexible biocompatible material, there are integrated accumulator, biopotential amplifier, associated with an electronic ECG processing unit that has an analog-to-digital converter, an accelerometer, a memory for storing accumulated ECG information, wireless transceiver, adhesive push-button ECG-electrodes, charging docking station. Shell of the housing is made with elongated sections on the sides in the form of loops, they are fused with push-button connectors for connection to the button part of the electrodes and electrically conductive elements for connection with the inputs of the biopotential amplifier. On the upper part of the housing, a film keyboard is rigidly fixed, connected with the electronic signal processing unit ECG by means of a flexible loop, there are on/off button and LED indicators for displaying the WDD performance in the keyboard: wireless mode, the presence of contact of ECG electrodes with the patient's body and heart rate, the level of battery charge. In the center of the keyboard there is a button for initializing the emergency data transfer to the mobile communication device in critical situations. On the inside of the back cover of the housing there are magnetically conductive plates, on the outside – flat electrical contacts, which pass through the lid and spring-loaded ends contact the ECG signal processing unit, by means of which they are connected with the battery and are intended for charging, reading of the accumulated data from the WDD memory and connected to the contacts in the docking station. Docking station is made in the form of a stand with a niche, which repeats the shape of the WDD housing, it has a connector for wiring to the mains. Under the top surface of the docking station, flat magnets are mounted in the projection zone of the magnetically conductive plates, plate magnetically conductive metal to shunt the magnetic field outside the dock and its amplification in the direction of the charged WDD.
EFFECT: device allows for long-term remote monitoring of cardiac parameters in real time for several days from one cycle of charging the battery, including a modified CM-5 ECG deflection, to investigate arrhythmias with an analysis of the location of their occurrence and ischemia with analysis of the ST segment, place electrodes in places for optimal detection of pathologies while minimizing leakage currents, reliability of contact between the device and the dock during charging.
