FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: wearable mobile apparatus for remote monitoring of physiological indicators of health condition comprises a plastic body with a photoplethysmographic (PPG) sensor and outputs of LED display indicators for modes and operating states placed on the surface of said body. A functional "Symptom" touch alarm button and a power on/off button are located on the upper surface of the body. Two push-button connectors are located at a distance of 45 mm on the lower surface of the body, provided for connecting external flexible ECG electrodes and equipped with an on-body adhesive layer and are made with spaced biosignal pickup and electrical connection zones. An additional sensor for recording physiological health indicators in the form of an acoustic sensor or an electrodermal reaction sensor is placed between the connectors. A multicontact sealed connector is provided on the lower side wall of the body for connecting to a computer, or to the adapter of a charger, or to additional sensors. The body accumulates an accumulator battery, an electronic signal recording and processing circuit, a memory for storing the accumulated information, and a wireless transceiver. The PPG sensor for synchronous recording of the pulse wave and the blood saturation level together with the ECG is placed on the upper surface of the apparatus at one of the remote ends thereof in a shaped recess matching the shape of the finger pad. Light-emitting photodiodes and a receiving photodiode are spatially arranged in the same plane consecutively one after the other in the direction of the axis of the shaped finger recess. The LED display indicators for modes and operating states of the apparatus are positioned in the centre of the upper side face of the body in the area of connection thereof with the front surface.
EFFECT: increase in the stability and reliability of recording and measurement of the pulse wave and blood oxygen saturation SPO2 synchronously with the ECG due to the optical sensor placed on the upper surface of the body, configured to pick up the PPG signal in the chest area through the finger and having the maximum value of the signal-to-noise ratio; structural simplification, improved manufacturability, reduced thickness dimensions are provided with the possibility of securing the apparatus on the body using standard chest straps without deterioration of functional indicators, as well as easy operation due to the LED display indicators for modes and operating states being placed so as to be directly visually accessible to the wearer's view.
