SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gray coloured heat treatable coated article. Article comprises a system of layers in the following sequence, starting from glass: a first dielectric layer containing silicon nitride, a first IR reflecting layer containing NbZr, a second dielectric layer containing silicon nitride, a second IR reflecting layer containing NbZr, a third dielectric layer containing silicon nitride. Coated article has a gray colour during reflection from the glass side to the outside, value a* during reflection from the glass side to the outside in the range from -3.0 to +5.0, b* value during reflection from the glass to the outside in the range from -10.0 to +2.0, L* during reflection from the glass to the outside in the range from 2 0 to 42, transmittance of visible light is not more than 16 %. Coated article, when measured on a single glass, has a solar factor value of not more than 0.33 and a heat gain value from solar radiation of not more than 0.39 and / or has an SF value, measured on a thermal insulating glass unit of a window unit, having two glass substrates, not more than 0.23 and an SHGC value not more than 0.27.

EFFECT: technical result is a decrease in the value of the solar factor and heat gain from solar radiation.
