FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing synthesis gas in a reforming system based on an oxygen transport membrane and a liquid hydrocarbon product using a Fischer-Tropsch process. Method includes reforming a feed stream in a reforming reactor in the presence of steam, radiant heat from elements of the oxygen transport membrane and a reforming catalyst to produce a stream of converted synthesis gas containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide and non-converted gaseous hydrocarbon. Stream of converted synthesis gas is further converted in a reforming reactor based on an oxygen transport membrane and conditioned to produce a stream of synthesis gas product. Stream of synthesis gas product is then synthesised using a Fischer-Tropsch process to produce a liquid hydrocarbon product and Fischer-Tropsch tail gas. Feed stream contains methane-containing feed and feed as part of the Fischer-Tropsch tail gas.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency and profitability of the production of liquid hydrocarbon products through the Fischer-Tropsch process.
