FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to devices for cleaning well filters, pipeline surfaces and complex shaped internal surfaces of various parts and equipment. Device for cleaning internal surfaces consists of spool (4) installed on support (5), located coaxially with hollow body (1). Housing contains axial cylindrical channel (2) with radial and mutually perpendicular technological holes, four in two rows – the upper and the lower, mated with the holes of the slide. To ensure rotation, the spool holes are made with tangential displacement and nozzles are installed in them. Upper row of technological holes (11) is made at an angle of 45 degrees, the lower row of technological holes (8) is made at an angle of 90 degrees to the device axis. Nozzles are cavitators (12) for generating a cavitation pulse flow in a jet stream. Each nozzle consists of three sections: the first inlet – made in the form of a radial nozzle with a rounding radius equal to 2 diameters of smallest section (2d); second cylindrical section – the diameter of the smallest section d and length 1c=2d; third – a conically diverging section with an opening angle of 13–14 degrees and a length ll=5d.
EFFECT: improving the removal of durable deposits with high adhesion to surfaces, as well as in hard to reach places.
