An agent has additionally plant extract on 40% ethyl alcohol obtained at the following mass ratios: milfoil herb 3.0, not less: matricary flowers 5.0, not less; coriander fruits 2.0, not less; dioecious nettle leaves 5.0, not less; knotgrass herb 5.0, not less; licorice roots 10.0, not less; medicinal Melissa 5.0, not less; tripartite bur-marigold herb 3.0, not less; pot-marigold flowers 2.0, not less and birch leaves 10.0, not less. Also, an agent has the plant extract and milk thistle liquid extract at the following mass ratio of components: milk thistle liquid extract 200.0 and plant extract liquid 100.0. Method of preparing involves two stages. On the first stage the method involves extraction of licorice roots, birch leaves, medicinal Melissa herb, milfoil herb, coriander fruits, medicinal matricary flowers, pot-marigold flowers, dioecious nettle leaves, bur-marigold herb, knotgrass herb with 40% ethyl alcohol at the room temperature. Then method involves their extraction at heating at the range 70-80 C and obtained extracts are combined. At the second stage the combined extract is added as thin jet to the milk thistle liquid extract at stirring, settled for 4-5 h and the ready product is filtered off.
