FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of intravascular implants made from an alloy based on titanium nickelide with shape memory effect and super elasticity, intended for long-term use in the blood vessels of the body and possessing high biocompatibility in biological media. Electrolyte contains alcohol, sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and hydrofluoric acid (HF), while as alcohol it contains butyl alcohol (C4H9OH), with the following content of components, vol. %: 71±1(C4H9OH) : 17±0.3 (H2SO4) : 12±0.3 (HF). Method comprises the following sequence of mixing of components: a) 50 parts by volume of butyl alcohol (C4H9OH) enter 40 vol. parts of sulfuric acid (H2SO4), stirred to obtain a dark purple (dark brown) color, b) in solution (a) in two portions of 20 vol. inject sulfuric acid, c) butyl alcohol is introduced into solution (b) to a volume of 500 parts by volume, d) 70 parts by volume is introduced into solution (c) hydrofluoric acid, e) in solution (d) enter 20 vol. parts of sulfuric acid, and the above-mentioned acid is injected at an infusion rate of 5–10 ml/s, and butyl alcohol at an infusion rate of 20–25 ml/s, while mixing is carried out after adding each specified volume of the original component.
EFFECT: reducing the concentration of highly corrosive acids in the electrolyte composition, reducing the intensity of electropolishing with the provision of visual quality control of electropolishing.
