SUBSTANCE: concentrated solar power system comprising a beam convergence system, a double-sided photovoltaic panel and a support element, the beam converting system comprising at least one serrated surface and a reflecting surface, wherein each serrated surface contains at least one Fresnel element, and the reflecting surface is placed below the serrated surface in the direction of sunlight incidence; and at the same time, the double-sided photovoltaic panel is placed above the reflecting surface in the direction of sunlight incidence and is mainly located at the focusing point of the converging light system. Said double-sided photovoltaic panel is used and placed above the reflecting surface in the direction of sunlight incidence, and thus, on the one hand, the back surface of the photovoltaic panel can absorb sunlight, reduced by means of a mixing system, and, on the other hand, its front surface can also absorb direct sunlight.
EFFECT: significantly improved ability of the photovoltaic panel to absorb and use solar energy within the same space.
